Lse had previously been rented to the same hunters for 20 years. Excellent bird huntly. Looking for family or company to enjoy south texas bird hunting at it’s best. Property does have about have about 30 acres of brush which deer have been harvested due to the family relatives having about 1000 acres or so of all brush. Bird lease is $5000.00.
